I'm extremely satisfied with the work that the Lady and Gentlemen from this shop did for me. They are both very knowledgeable. I brought in a screw that most people couldn't figure out how to make since it's kinda rare to come across, it was made in 1930s so finding the specs on it wasn't easy but within no time they were able to figure it out. They were able to replicate the very small screw for me but instead gave me an idea of how they could fix my issue for less than half the price it would cost to make me one. That right there shows they are not in it to rip you off for your money but to find solutions that will SAVE you money. I'm very happy with them both! Thank you guys again! Definitely recommend this place

I had an event I was attending same day and my motorcycle was down and waiting on parts that wouldn't have made it in time for the event, I called 5-6 different Machine Shops and Monroe Machine was the ONLY shop willing to help an individual customer with a small task. Thanks to them I got my motorcycle up and running same day for the event, they were kind and I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were in this field. Highly recommend, high satisfied with their service, highly satisfied with their pricing.

I went to another machine shop locally and they could not help me And referred me to monroe machine- I wasn't hopeful that they could assist me but they did! I spoke with the owner and let me tell you She is very results driven and highly informative- I am thankful I got to meet them today! Thank you!

Fantastic experience! Teresa took the time to understand what I needed, then explained the repair method she expected to use. Friendly and professional throughout. She called as soon as she was finished. Thanks to her, we have functional patio chairs once again. Additionally, window signage let me know the COVID-19 precautions taken by the shop. Many thanks! Definitely recommend!

I've used Monroe Machine for several small projects over the years. They've always been very friendly and helpful. On a few occasions, I have not had my plan fully flushed out when I've walked through their door - I've had a box full of metal parts without a clear idea of how things are going to fit together to accomplish my goal. They've been willing to take extra time to show me how we can use different ideas, pieces of metal, etc, to plan out the project. They've even taken the time to explain why certain metals should be assembled in a certain way, and shown me how they do different tasks in their shop. So the customer service is awesome - just what you'd hope for in a small family-run business. They've always charged me the amount we discussed, and have done very good quality work.
